ABOUT US We are an independent production company that bets on art films and cinema that tries to deepen the possibilities of film as language of expression, and that simultaneously offers a personal look at society and the contemporary human beings in it. Our projects clearly illustrate the fundamental objective of the company: To serve as youthful reference point in film production. Youthful in its form and spirit, Zip Films is independent. We are one of the most prolific film production companys in Spain: during the last four years we have produced eight feature films, one of them a documentary, six tv-movies and three tv documentaries. Specialized critique praises our films, thus certifying the high quality standards of our work. Our productions have been shown on international festivals like Sundance, San Sebastián, Valladolid, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Málaga, Mar del Plata, Locarno, Estambul, Toronto, El Cairo, Santa Barbara, Melbourne, La Habana, Thessalonika and Roma among many others. We participate in coproductions with United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Germany, France... Our project slate's call for universality allows a constantly growing production schedule and an unlimited expansion of the company's boundaries.
